Super tough polyurethane boat trailer rollers with superior durability and impact resistance against standard PVC and rubber keel rollers, and are a viable alternative to hard nylon rollers.

Our polyurethane molded rollers are manufactured exclusively for TMS. They fit standard roller brackets so may be retrofitted onto existing keel rollers. The rollers have high load properites are an option for heavier boats against using hard nylon or acetal boat trailer rollers.

Deformation or splitting of PVC or rubber rubber trailer rollers is an issue, especially for heavier boats and trailers with high launch and recovery usage. Our Polyurethane rollers will keep their shape over time and ultimately offer a more cost effective option against replacing worn rollers.

Our range of rollers are designed to fit standard 5", 7" and 8" roller brackets with some 16mm and 19mm pins.
