In mounting and detaching your battery you do not need any tool for these battery connectors. You will still be able to use auxiliary starting cables (jumper leads). You should know that while the engine is running the cables will remain connected to mass and dynamo, in order to prevent damage to the resistors. TÌ_V tested.
